E-Journals
The World Wide Web provides several online versions of print periodicals relating to Vietnam and the Vietnam War as well as some electronic journals that are published on the Web only. The following periodicals are useful in providing the most current information.
Nam Magazine
Nam Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine designed
to provide readers with accounts from men and women who served in Vietnam. Also featured are articles that show the effects of the Vietnam war.

Saigon Times Daily
A selection of articles from Ho Chi Minh City's English-language newspaper, the Saigon Times Daily is available on the Viet San Diego Online site. beware of numerous pop-up menus.

Vietnam Democracy Newsletter
A pro-democracy journal published by the Free Vietnam Alliance

Viet Nam News
Viet Nam News, a national English language daily from the official Vietnam News Agency in Ho Chi Minh City, provides current news and events in Vietnam. Other daily newspapers from the agency are available in English, French, and Vietnamlese.

War, Literature, and the Arts
An international humanities journal published the English department of the U.S. Air Force Academy, this quarterly publication provides a listing of the contents of its print journal and links to a selection of previously published articles that are available full-text on the site. Also included is information about forthcoming articles and related Web links. Many of the articles, in both the online archives and the current issue, relate to the Vietnam War and its representation in the arts and literature. Subscription information is available.

Discussion Lists
One of the advantages of the Internet is the ability to engage in discussions with experts in a field or with those who participated in an event via discussion groups. Participation in the following online discussion groups, some of which are moderated, allows the list subscriber to interact with Vietnam War veterans and with Vietnamese living in the United States and other countries. This list does not incude all of the discussion lists available.
