Australian Civilian Nurses as Vietnam Veterans
This site seeks to make the public aware of the many Australian civilian nurses who served in Vietnam and who are now ill or ailing as a result of their experience in the war and are receiving no compensation for their disabilities. The site discusses the problems and conditions resulting from war service and the nurses' war experiences utilizing first-person accounts and photographs. A bibliography is also included.

The Australian Involvement in Vietnam: Sunraysia Vietnam Veterans
Ern Marshall's website provides information about Australian Involvement in Vietnam and includes numerous other links to information such as the history of Vietnam, chronology of the war, weapons, video reviews, memorials, medical information including a PTSD overview, personal narratives, navy and RAAF involvement, defoliants, and veterans' information.

Australian Veteran's Vietnam Reconstruction Group
This group of Australian Vietnam War veterans are assisting in the reconstruction of Vietnam in the province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The website provides information on ongoing projects, maps of the area, and a newsletter.

Bob Buick's Vietnam Page
The battle of Long Tan, fought near Saigon on August 18, 1966, is described and discussed by Bob Buick, a platoon leader with Company D of the 6th Battalion of the Royal Australian Regiment. The site, which also includes the work of Ern Marshall, features a casualty list and links to Australian Vietnam Veterans resources on the Web. The site features numerous photographs.

Gary McMahon's Vietnam War Pages
Australian Vietnam veteran Gary McMahon served with the 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment for two tours, 1966-67 and 1970-71. On his website, a unit history is included as well as a discussion of his experience with post traumatic stress. Links are provided for Australian veteran support.

One Man's War
Don Tate's website provides information on the author's experiences in the Vietnam War in addition to a number of interesting articles about the war on subjects such as the use of herbicides and dealing with government veterans' offices. Also included is information on a planned commemorative walk and tree-planting
in his home town of Shellharbour which has met with opposition. An online petition is available.

Vietnam: Australia's Involvement
This site from the P. L. Duffy Resource Center at Trinity College in Western Australia provides numerous links to websites relating to the Australians in the Vietnam War, including a chronology of Australian involvement and Australian military and political issues.

The Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Education Team
The Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Education Team (Vic Br) is a group of Australian veterans who talk to students on a wide range of topics covering the Vietnam War. Their presentations include onsite exhibitions of photos, memorabilia, books, and more. Their website describes the purpose and content of their presentations, newspaper articles about the group's activities, and provides links related to the war.
