Memo From Downing
Satire about the now-infamous Downing Street Memo from Britain, transcribed from a secret British prime minister meeting in July 2002, proving to the world that Bush had been intent on making war on Iraq, while he and Tony Blair cooked intelligence reports and spread fear-mongering lies to justify their illegal war.
(Sung to the tune of "After The Loving" by Englebert Humperdinck)

News is stinging the creep - memo from Downing,
Proved Bush wrong; war promoted his way.
Hanging rope that Bush fears,
Secret words that the British had to say.

It's not hard to explain... everything Bush was dealing:
On its face, his war dream based on lies.
Yes, the Shrub tried too much,
To just pound his own choice; bullied his spies.

Planted fakes, TV;
Neocons' way, ripping Saddam.
They thank G.W.B.,
Still the Dumb One.
