I'm Your MD
The Bush Administration has pushed to lift existing privacy restrictions on patients' medical records.   Notwithstanding privacy concerns, Internet access to health records & providers is expected to become popular as people grow accustomed to allforms of Internet transactions.
(Sung to the tune of "I Feel Pretty" from the Broadway musical, "West Side Story)
Guest song parody by Alvin Dover, alvindover@hotmail.com

As sung by an on-line physician:

(instrumental intro)

Consultations... via e-mail;
I can treat anyone who is sick.
Male or female...
All I have to do is point and click.

Interactions... with my patients.
I don't use my stethoscope much.
Not to mention...
I never have to feel or touch.

No more physicals... done directly.
I can now keep my hands clean
Never have to move from my screen
While prescribing you codeine!

I'm your MD, profits pretty.
And we don't have to be face-to-face
Found my place...
I'm a doctor in cyberspace!
